Smart Finance offers the academic, advisory service and markets and sells the products and services
associated with it. In www.smartfinancein.com all these services and products are listed in their
respective links. Below mentioned are the terms and conditions of our service and products sold or
marketed through this site.
1. The products once sold will not be taken back or exchanged or adjusted with any other
service or product.
2. For all software tools we will provide one activation key for one system or computer. The
activation key will be valid for one computer only. If you want multiple activation keys then you need
to purchase them separately from us.
3. Software installation and support will be given only via E-mail or through remote desktop
sharing within one week of purchase.
4. Queries related to academic products will be attended to by E-mail only within one week of
purchase and no telephonic support is available with us.
5. We reserve the right to decline any payment after deducting the necessary fee associated
with it if it does not meet our company policy.
6. The books, package software, and DVD will be sent to you after one day of realizing the
payment from you. We will send all the physical materials or goods by courier service or by insured
postal service.
7. A maximum time of 10 working days or a minimum of 3 working days will be taken by our
service provider to deliver the goods to you.
8. If the consignment is lost or not received by you within the maximum time set by us then we
will send you a fresh consignment.
9. All consignments will have an online tracking number and you can track it from our service
provider’s website. We will inform you of the tracking number via E-mail with our service provider’s web
URL.
10. If you fail to receive the goods from the postal department or courier officials and it is
returned to us unclaimed then we will charge the courier fee from you in order to resend the
material.
11. Registration in our seminar event or call service will be subject to availability of the
seat and the fee paid for the same is neither refundable nor adjustable with any other goods and
service. If you fail to attend the seminar for the city in which you have registered, no refund will be
issued and you will not be allowed to join any future program for free.
12. All our software applications are compatible with 32-bit Windows operating systems.
13. Smart Finance reserves all the rights to change or modify these Terms and Conditions without
any prior notification.
14. Our GST number is 33AABFF8313N1ZE for B2B invoices. Please provide your GST number for the
invoice within 24 hours of your purchase.
